WGM were instructed to prepare a Dilapidations Schedule outlining the breaches of the lease with associated costs and negotiate a dilapidations figure with the tenants surveyor.
WGM then compiled a schedule of works, undertook a competitive tender exercise and project managed the works to completion to facilitate the new letting.
