Well drafted PPMs are an extremely useful tool to ensure you are fully appraised of the potential maintenance costs over the short, medium and longer term. Furthermore, it enables you to take a more proactive approach rather than a reactive one, which often provides best value when procuring the works.

WGM have compiled PPMs across multiple sites for clients as part of large scale portfolio work to individual sites and structures. Our PPMs can be tailor made to suit an individual client’s asset management plan and reporting format. We can then of course manage the project works as and when required.
