An Employers Agent is a vital role in construction and development projects, acting as the client’s representative throughout the entire process. This role involves managing the project from inception to completion, ensuring that the client’s interests are protected and that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards. The Employers Agent will guide the client through the full process of a construction project, from feasibility stage, through design and planning, contract stage and into handover.

An Employers Agent is a professional appointed by the client to manage and oversee the delivery of a construction project. Their responsibilities include project management, contract administration, cost management, quality control, risk management and ensuring effective communication between the client, contractors and other stakeholders.
