Refurbishment of industrial units
Refurbishment of three industrial units following a fire, delivered on time and under budget.
Project Completion
WGM were initially instructed following a fire which spread across three industrial units to undertake an inspection and compile a condition survey with budget costs.
Following the appointment of the loss adjusters, WGM were then instructed to prepare and tender the specification of the works whilst fulfilling the Principal Designer roles.
The project involved numerous challenges, multiple stakeholders and two of the tenants remained in occupation during the works. A bespoke steel crash deck was designed and installed to facilitate this.
The works involved the replacement of the roof, cladding and internal cleaning & redecoration works.
All stakeholders were very pleased with the finished product, which was delivered on time and under budget too.
